Jesus is the Chief Shepherd of Seven Mile Road Church Gulu. By His Spirit and through His Word, He lovingly cares for and commands us. He is our greatest treasure, highest authority, and deepest joy (1 Peter 5:4; Hebrews 13:20; John 10).
Under His authority, we are led by a plurality of elders, served by deacons, and governed with the congregation's responsibility. Together we pursue holiness and unity as a family on mission.
A team of called, gifted, and qualified elders leads Seven Mile Road Gulu.
Richard is the Lead Pastor of Seven Mile Road Church Gulu. Prior to being called as Lead Pastor in May 2022, he served as a Discipleship Coordinator with Watoto Church Gulu from 2009–2016. Richard also served with a Para-Church organization called Tutapona, where he helped strengthen more than 40 churches in Northern Uganda.
He is also the Founder of Salt and Light Ministries Uganda, where he trained and equipped rural pastors in Northern and Eastern Uganda.
